1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lava y Ya platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lava y Ya is a management platform for laundry businesses that allows you to create and manage orders, manage products and services, generate reports, and manage work teams. The Service is available through web and mobile applications.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

The Service offers a free plan with basic features and premium plans with advanced features. The free plan allows up to 50 orders every 2 months. Premium plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected option.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, Google Play).

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized activities
  • Transmitting harmful, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of the Service are owned by LetMeKnow and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is not permitted.

8. User Data

The data you enter into the Service (orders, products, customers) is your property. We are committed to protecting your data according to our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
